How to Initiate a Return

2. Include your order number and the reason for return (optional).
3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide a prepaid return label if eligible.

Return Conditions

• Product must be returned in original or equivalent packaging.
• Must be free of physical damage (other than defects covered by warranty).
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

1-Year Limited Warranty

All our warmers come with a 1-year limited warranty. If your warmer stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it at no cost.
